Only 12 minutes...

2011 was rang in at one of my best friends from high school Rebecca. We went out to eat in the Lou and since we are now officially old and workaholics we went to Wal-Mart and then back to her house to watch the ball drop in NYC. 12:30 lights out, I said we were officially old! The next day, January 1 the next door neighbors met us at the Galleria and we went to check out the Bodies exhibit. I was fully prepared to walk in and have to walk out, but surprising enough I made it through without a flutter of my stomach. It was very interesting and weird and I highly recommend it when it come to anyones nearby city. After a quick dinner at The Spaghetti Factory we headed home, I was EXHAUSTED! The next morning I was checking in on Facebook, I saw a post from my other BFF, Hillary:

"I have a feeling 2011 is going to be a GREAT year! :D"

I immediately start looking for my phone, I mean cap lock on GREAT and a open mouth smiley!?!?!

I knew something was up!

OK! WHERE THE HECK is my PHONE! Once the DEAD phone was located I had a voicemail from her to call her back. So I planned to not say anything and let her pass on possible exciting news :D So we chat, and talk and complain like we normally do. 12, TWELVE, doce minutes go by and she finally blurts it out and I cannot stop laughing and screaming! They have been together for 9 years so it's not like it was a HUGE surprise, but I always get so excited when I get the phone call! This past Sunday she officially made me Made of Honor and we went to our first and probably not the last bridal show. We have been friends forever, literally! I'm so excited for her and can not wait for the planning to begin.

Wedding date set for 5-12-12

Lost my login, and maybe even my mind...

For some reason blogger has not been allowing me to login to my previous account. Since it wasn't linked to my old email, I have decided to scrap everything and start fresh! I'm kind of ready to start blogging again.

There has been a lot going on since my last post, I have changed personally so much in the last three months! I started thinking about it the other day and started laughing I'm almost a real grownup!
  • Thanks to Lois! I now eat onions, and I love them. I can eat them in anything and even raw. I've moved on to Green Peppers, I still just can't do it!

  • I no longer bite my nails. I have never had finger nails besides acrylics now I'm having to cut them! My key to success - a manicure every other week at least and shellac!

  • Drinking black coffee - that's right, no sugar or milk!

  • As of today, I graduate in 14 days, it is absolutely crazy, all the hard work is actually going to pay off. I'm actually in a panic. It's all I know is to go to school and working. Now it will be all work. I'm not sure if grad school is in my future but I'm not closing the door on that one. I need a break for a bit. :)
Some of these may seem so simple but they are a big step in my book! Now to make it through the next week, I'm looking forward to being less stressed!

Untill next time,
A
